Scope
These terms apply to registrations for workshops, seminars, and other events ("Events") made through this website, offered by Kenneth Bolyard, Mountaineer Athletics, Reuterallee 8, 64297 Darmstadt-Eberstadt, Germany.
Registration and contract
By submitting the registration form, you make a binding offer to participate. The contract is formed once you receive our registration confirmation by email. If the booked option is fully booked, we will notify you and the registration is deemed not to have come into effect.
Prices and payment
The prices shown on the relevant event page, in euros, apply. Payment instructions (e.g. bank transfer) will be provided to you after registration. Your place is only guaranteed once payment has been received in full, unless stated otherwise on the event page.
Cancellation, refunds and transfers
Registrations are non-refundable. We do not offer cash or bank refunds for cancellations made by the participant under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may request via the contact form to transfer your registration to a future event organized by Mountaineer Athletics or to transfer your ticket to another person, subject to prior approval.
Cancellation or changes by Mountaineer Athletics
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to insufficient participation, illness of the instructor, or other significant reasons. In that case, registered participants receive a full refund of any amount already paid or may transfer their registration to the rescheduled date; further claims are excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Liability and participation at your own risk
Kettlebell, bodyweight, and All-Terrain Conditioning training involve physical exertion and a general risk of injury. By registering, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate; if in doubt, consult a physician beforehand. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act; otherwise, we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We accept no liability for personal belongings brought to an event.
Photography and video
Photos and videos may be taken at events for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media). If you do not want to be featured, please let us know in advance via the contact form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
