Kettlebell Training
Technique, strength and conditioning for beginners and experienced trainees. Learn fundamental and advanced skills safely and systematically.
A kettlebell is a simple and versatile training tool that can be used to develop several aspects of physical fitness. Because of its compact design and the wide range of movements that can be performed with it, a single kettlebell can provide an effective foundation for a strength and conditioning program.
Regular kettlebell training may contribute to strength, endurance and cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and flexibility, and whole-body conditioning. Ballistic and controlled exercises such as swings, cleans and snatches place significant demands on the entire body — even at relatively moderate loads. Kettlebell exercises frequently emphasize movements such as hinging, squatting, pressing, carrying and rotating or resisting rotation — patterns relevant to many sporting and everyday activities.

Bodyweight Training
Bodyweight training is one of the most accessible and versatile forms of exercise. Using your own body as resistance, it can help develop strength, mobility, coordination, muscular endurance and overall fitness without requiring much equipment. Exercises can be adapted to suit different ability levels, making bodyweight training useful for beginners as well as experienced athletes.
Bodyweight exercise does not have to remain easy simply because external weights are not being used — exercises can be made progressively more challenging by increasing the range of motion, slowing the movement, adding pauses, reducing points of contact, or progressing to more advanced variations. A push-up can progress from an elevated position to a standard push-up and eventually to more demanding variations; squats can similarly progress toward split squats, lunges and controlled single-leg exercises. The goal is to increase difficulty gradually while maintaining good technique.
